Here’s a little Blog from the road…
Our last gig before we record the CD took place at the first ever Bluesforum Bluesfestival in Leverkusen at the Saal Horhausen on Sunday 3rd May. We played a shorter set of 75 mins and previewed 2 new songs. The first was “Only One Heart” – an R’n’B Song and the 2nd was a slow Peter Green style blues entitled “Just Can’t Make It On My Own”. The reaction to these songs was excellent and although there were not many people present (where were the public?? – The festival was free!) the noise the crowd made was LOUD. We had a great time and it was especially nice to see some familiar faces and friends there. You have no idea how cool it is for us to look out and see you smiling and singing back to us!
