On March 1st 2007 the Telemedia Act (Telemediengesetz TMG) came into force. It replaces the Teleservices Act (Teledienstegesetz TDG). Informational obligations correctly fulfilled according to § 6 TDG on our homepage so far are now fulfilled according to § 5 TMG.
