Finally, after months of preparations the waiting is over! From the 15th June we will be in the studio in Düsseldorf recording our new album! You can read more about the CD preparation sessions and what you can expect from the CD on the Blog page. We’re so excited about the recording of the new CD that we can’t stop talking about it! We’ve been busy since mid May preparing for the recording of the new KPB CD and we’re ready to hit the studio and lay down these songs! We’re going to record 12 songs and there will be a range of material from bluesy ballads to driving rock songs… from R’n'B to Pop-Rock. It was hard for us to choose those 12 songs from 18 songs that we could record and we had to make some hard choices…
Once we had those 12 songs we started working on the arrangements to transform some of those songs that we’ve been playing live, that most of you will know from the gigs, into versions that we can record… after all we can’t really record the 15 minute live version of “Fallin’ Down” on to CD… So we’ve now got the songs just as we want them.
